Residential Move In/Move Out Deep Cleaning

Lemon Fresh Cleaning offers affordable, professional deep cleaning to make moving easier.

Standard Package - for light cleaning needs

STARTING AT $200-$300

Ideal for: smaller apartments, condos, or lightly used spaces


 Includes:

  • Full kitchen clean (exterior of appliances, counters, sink, backsplash) 
  • Bathrooms (toilets, tubs, sinks, mirrors, floors) 
  • Dusting of all surfaces, baseboards, window sills, light fixtures
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout 
  • Trash removal

Premium Package - for standard move in/move out needs

STARTING AT $350-$500

Ideal for: most homes requiring a detailed top-to-bottom clean


Includes everything in the Standard Package, plus:

  • Inside kitchen cabinets and drawers 
  • Inside bathroom vanities and cupboards 
  • Ceiling fan and vent dusting 
  • Baseboard wash and wall spot-cleaning 
  • Interior doors and door frames

*Recommend 2 cleaners but not required unless time sensitive

Ultimate Package - for a full "like-new" finish

STARTING AT $550-$750+

Ideal for: Move-ins or move-outs requiring maximum detail and presentation 

 

Includes everything in the Premium Package, plus:

  • Inside oven and fridge cleaning 
  • Interior windows, sills, and tracks 
  • Blind and fixture dusting 
  • Detailed wall washing (as needed) 
  • Appliance exterior + polishing 
  • High-touch point disinfection (switches, handles, etc.)

*Requires 2 cleaners minimum, recommend 3 cleaners if time sensitive

Add-Ons

Enhance your cleaning package with optional add-on services for those extra touches of freshness. Our add-ons allow you to customize your clean based on your home’s needs — from tackling inside appliances and cabinets to detailed window and wall cleaning. If extra staff are needed for larger homes or time-sensitive jobs:


  • 2nd Cleaner: + $35 per hour 
  • 3+ Cleaners: + $30 per hour

Standard Office Cleaning - starting at $80-$120 per visit
